Goldwin not only pursues functionality, durability, and comfort for longer use but goes through strict quality control in all steps of production such as design, material selections, processing, and manufacturing. We take extra care by repairing and recovering its original function in case of its damage or functions hinder its use.
Our repair service starts with our wish that one will cherish the life of our products by repairing and taking good care of them. Also, the hope is that this will contribute to reducing apparel waste, and overconsumption, and conserve our future with snow.

Free of charge
**We require that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary, or the product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
Please make sure that the shipping must be pre-paid to our flagship stores, the package is insured for full replacement value, and you use a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number. Goldwin will not be liable for lost inbound packages.

Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your product at our Japan factory until it is returned. In some cases, we can get it back to you sooner. In some cases, it may take longer.
During peak season our turnaround time can be longer than eight weeks.
If your product needs to be sent out to be cleaned, you may expect up to two additional weeks before it will be returned to you.
