The hood is structured to retain its shape, providing wind protection even when unzipped. It also features Goldwin’s signature “Cohesive Stopper” adjustment system, originally developed for ski wear, allowing glove-friendly operation.
Other features include underarm ventilation, slit Velcro cuffs that comfortably fit the wrists, and articulated patterning to enhance mobility around the arms and shoulders. Versatile enough for use across all seasons except midsummer, this jacket adapts to a wide range of mountain activities.

The Mesh Pile Hoodie is designed to keep you warm while preventing overheating during intense activity. Its unique structure combines a pile-like yarn with a flat cross-section in a breathable mesh knit, delivering warmth and ventilation in perfect balance.

Additional details like thumbholes to cover the backs of the hands and a high collar that surrounds and warms the neck offer extra protection, especially during sudden temperature drops in autumn and winter mountains. A crew neck version is also available for easier layering.

The 1000FP Sputtering Down Hooded Jacket features ultra-premium 1000 fill power down that delivers exceptional warmth-to-weight performance. By eliminating the traditional down pack, the jacket is made even lighter and softer, making it easy to adjust for different weather conditions and activity levels.
The baffle width at the back has been expanded through switched stitching to enhance insulation, improving wearability and heat retention.
Both the outer and inner layers use lightweight yet tear-resistant ripstop fabric to prevent down leakage. The jacket also offers excellent mobility thanks to movement-optimized patterning, while heat-reflective titanium sputtering is applied to the hood lining and wrist areas for enhanced thermal performance where it’s needed most.
