Trail Running

Gediminas Grinius

Born in 1979 in Lithuania, Gediminas served as a military officer in Iraq before turning to trail running as a means of therapy for PTSD. Seeking greater challenges, he gained experience in major races worldwide and achieved remarkable success. In 2015, he won the Ultra Trail Mount Fuji held in Japan, and in 2016, became the Ultra Trail World Tour Champion.
Drawing on his athletic experience, he established the “Trail Running Factory”, and now provides tailored coaching to athletes in Europe and all over the world.
